COLUMBIA REMEMBERED, AND POO
Among the avalanche of articles concerning this morning's tragic loss of Columbia is this short but touching remembrance by Roger Williams, author of The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect. It is head and shoulders above the rabble of lesser writers trying vainly to wax poetic on this subject, in my opinion.
Also: my wife highly recommends the baby readings to be found at Irony Central -- it's funny, acerbic, insightful and full of gory details.
